About Us

Welcome…  

We are Child and Youth Care Workers with many years experience in the field. Our road to becoming child and youth care worker was based on life experiences, our personality, and the need to help the most vulnerable young people through their challenging times. In recent years, even within our work, there has been an increase in the need of mental health support and the need to bring awareness to the challenges that our young people face everyday.   

Our mission to spread mental health awareness with our brand by creating conversation so that we can end the stigma, the shame and guilt attached to receiving mental health support. 

Our goal is to embrace the saying “it’s okay not to be okay” because helping one person may not change the world but, it could change the world for that one person. The more we share our experiences, the more we can all beginning to heal from our wounds and practice more self care and self love.
